Embedded Software developer

    • Design and develop multi-threaded embedded software common to multiple AGV platforms

    • Contribute in small team design meetings, co-develop interface specifications, and implement the software in a timely and high quality manner using fast prototyping team-oriented methods

    • Create scripts for automated test platforms to exercise the software and hardware and validate the design at black box and white box levels

    • Support world-wide product level problems debugging, root-cause failures, fix, test, and release software on very short cycles

    • 3-5 years experience developing high performance multi-tasking/multi-threaded embedded software using C/C++

    • Experience with fast-prototyping and team-based software development methods

    • Strong individual contributor with a personal sense of responsibility, quality, and teamwork who is able to learn from and mentor others

    • BS/MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering, or equivalent studies


Hardware test Engineer

    • Test Plan Development: Develop and document comprehensive test plans for mechanical, electrical, and system-level hardware components.

      • Test Execution: Perform functional, environmental, and reliability tests on robotic subsystems, sensors, actuators, and control systems.

      • Failure Analysis: Investigate test failures, perform root cause analysis, and work with design teams to drive corrective actions.

      • Prototype Evaluation: Validate first-article components and prototype builds to ensure they meet design requirements and operational needs.

      • Maintain ownership of follow-up communications both internally and externally, including logging and documenting your findings and resolution steps.

      • Data Collection & Reporting: Record detailed test data, perform analysis, and communicate results to engineering and leadership teams.

      • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance test procedures, improve product robustness, and streamline validation workflows.

      • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Mechanical, Electrical, and Software teams to develop integrated testing strategies that ensure overall system reliability.

    • 2–5 years of experience in hardware test engineering, product validation, or quality assurance for electromechanical or robotics systems.

    • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and their interactions.

    • Experience with sensors, motors, actuators, wiring harnesses, and control systems.

    • Hands-on experience building test fixtures, performing diagnostics, and using standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, environmental chambers, etc.).

    • Familiarity with basic scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automating test data collection is a plus.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

    • Strong communication skills for documenting and presenting findings.

    • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple test campaigns simultaneously.

    • Comfortable operating in a dynamic startup environment where processes are still evolving.

Mahine learning Engineer

    • Be a hands-on technical leader working closely with Product and Engineering teams.

    • Perform deep dive analysis to understand and optimize the key product KPIs

    • Apply statistics, modeling, and machine learning to improve the efficiency of systems and relevance algorithms across our business application products

    • Conduct data analysis to make product recommendations and design A/B experiments

    • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities

    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations

    • Quantitative BS or MS degree (e.g., Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science)

    • 4+ years of hands-on experience designing Machine Learning models to solve business problems with statistical packages, such as R, MATLAB, Python (NumPy, Scikit-learn + Pandas) or MLlib

    • Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and develop people to deliver value consistently

    • Experience with articulating product questions and using statistics to arrive at an answer

    • Experience with scripting in SQL - extracting large data sets and design of ETL flows

    • Work experience in an inter-disciplinary/cross-functional field

    • Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, trends and applied knowledge of measurement, statistics and program evaluation

    • Distinctive problem-solving skills and impeccable business judgment

    • Capable of translating analysis results into business recommendations
